This small wall clock is made using a recycled bicycle gear and reclaimed textiles! The shiny red background comes from reclaimed vinyl seating material. Measuring 5" in diameter, this is the perfect clock for an office, dorm room, or any small wall space. Hanging hardware is attached to the back of the clock, requires one AA battery (not included). Quartz clock movement is American made.

Liz Dickey is an artist and teacher based in Oakland, California. While working as a preschool teacher, she had what seemed to be an endless supply of recycled materials to use in the classroom and was always finding inspiration from observing the way children interacted with different materials. Liz made her first clock out of fabric scraps from her classroom and an old bicycle gear that belonged to her boyfriend. Today, Liz continues to teach at the university level and believes the arts are essential to the developing minds. When she’s not upcycling materials for her artwork she can be found riding her bike, practicing yoga, and shopping at her local farmer’s market.
